Some things I’ve noticed 🤎 wanting to spank my child is a quick reaction I have when I feel hurt, upset, or lack control 🤎 my daughter does not have the ability to control her emotions/reactions yet (frontal cortex is still developing) hence her getting upset over “nothing” 🤎 spanking or hitting my child in that moment would make it much worse.
