Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, facing sexual assault charges that could put him in prison for life, is using one of his accuser's words against her in a motion to have the case dismissed. In court papers, Weinstein said he had a "long-term, consensual, intimate relationship" with a woman who claims he raped her in March 2013 and has emails to prove it.
